The answer is that while you can call the dealership they will charge you a sizeable amount to replace the key and they may not offer the option for them to come to you if you are stranded or without transportation to their location. We will come to you regardless of the time or day, responding within 60 minutes or less, and we can create a new chip-key for you on the spot. What you will pay us for our service and the key itself will be at a savings over what you will pay the dealership just for the key.

We do all of our work on-site, wherever you are. Our technicians travel in fully stocked service vans and when you call we will confirm the make, model, type of key and year of your car so that we are prepared when we get to you.

Yes. We are ABLE to change the combination on most safes out there. Call us with the manufacturer and model for a quote. Additionally, if you have lost the keys or combination we can help as well.

When a regular key is lost or stolen, the entire office will in all probability need to be re-keyed to prevent against possible illegal entry. Systems using electronic key cards can be quickly re-programmed to not recognize the electronic code for the lost key cards. In the case of systems that use biometric access such as fingerprints or optical scanners, if an employee is terminated or leaves the company the system can be programmed to remove their access quickly. In both cases, the locks do need to be changed or re-keyed and new keys do not need to be distributed to other employees.

Keys marked with any messaging indicating that making copies is not permissible may be duplicated only with a letter of authorization from the owner or supervisor that can be presented with the request for duplication. The letter should be on company letterhead, identifying the key to be made, the quantity of keys to be made, the name of the person who will receive the keys, and the name and number of the person providing authorization. The person picking up the keys will be required to provide photo identification and must fill out a “Request for Restricted Keys” form. We reserve the right to refuse to duplicate any key marked “Do Not Duplicate” without proper paperwork.
